SPECIAL ASSEMBLIES

To propose to our customers a 360° service, we can offer solutions for special assemblages, studied on customers needs.

We assembly various plastic components, which we produce with other electrical and mechanical elements to complete trial and packing.

We make assemblages of elements with various components  board to the machine and we package them singularly, ready for selling.

We assembly the mechanism, we lubricate and we control each elements to be sure of its function.

We assembly  various typologies of metallic inserts with hot mounting, turning or using ultrasounds in some specific cases.

We have a unit for vacuum moulding and another  one dedicated for cutting of particular pieces by 5 axes robot, in order to integrate our productions of injection moulding and to offer a wider service to our customers.

SERVICE DATA

We make special assemblages with articles, which we produce for specific customers.

We are equipped for the execution of working of gluing, folding of plastic material  plates and assembly of metallic elements both on injection moulding products and on thermoforming ones.

In addition to the unit dedicated to the assemblages of complementary workings, we are able to offer to our customers a packaging service board to the machine for the direct selling of the product.

In the case of customer has different needs, we supply a testing service before packaging.
