THE COMPANY

We Focus on quality of our products, that they are technical articles which we was born and raised, or design ones which they made us who we are now.

What allows us to continue on our growth path and permit us to test new productive technologies, it is the diversification of the production chains and the differentiation of our customers.

Our vision of the future is aimed to the professional growth and to the acquisition of new knowledge. For this reason, we search to experiment new plastic materials, new moulding technologies and additional developments regarding production processes, without omit the vocational training of our staff.

HISTORY OF THE COMPANY

1978

ORIGINS

Mulding Form was born in October 1978. Two young men wanted to create a society for the production of plastic pieces for third parties, and thanks to their dedication and their desire to realize themselves, they installed the first injection press of 160 ton in a little plant of few hundred meters square.
1979

THE GROWTHING (1979-1988)

In the years that followed, about a decade, from 1979 to 1988, the business grew and with him also the company, who decided to divide its production into two different chains: the injection moulding and the thermoforming. In 1988 the society was transformed in Srl, while maintaining the same structure.
1989

THE NEW PLANT

Several orders and the development of equipment, in continuing growth, bring the necessity to have a new plant and for this reason, the company moved in a new building in September 1989.
1990

CONSOLIDATION (1990-2000)

In the new plant of 3200 m2 located in Via Tarantelli in Albino, our development and our growth went ahead, making the factory ever closer.
2002

THE SECOND PLANT

A new necessity of expanding took shape in January 2002, when a movement of the entire unit of thermoforming took place. This unit was transferred to another plant of 3500 m2, a few hundred meters from the main establishment.
2004

THE PM 1200 TON

The company inserted the machine 1200 ton in its equipment and this dominates since nowadays its unit. With its arrival, the second unit of injection moulding was born in the second plant of Viale Stazione, always located in Albino.
2006

THE ENLARGEMENT OF INJECTION PLANT 2

In addition to 1200 ton press, a new press called DEMAG 800 ton was added to the equipment. The development of the second injection moulding unit required wide areas for the management of productions and ever larger moulds. For this reason, the society built a new area near the plant of Viale Stazione, which accommodates the bigger presses also nowadays.
2008

INNOVATION AND TECHNOLOGY (2008-2017)

In the last decade, in addition of the enlargement of units with the acquisition of warehouses, Mulding Form has invested in new machineries, which are the beating heart of the company, always focused to innovation and new technologies, like hybrid and electric presses.
2018

40 YEARS OF HARD WORK

It is a considerable achievement, which means experience connected to renovation, always searching the best way to reach the best solution. For this reason, the company wants to go ahead with its progress, pointing up to injection unit and development of its workshop. It is a difficult decision, but this is dictated by the necessity to converge all forces in only one delineated direction.
